Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation through Alternative Landuses in Rainforests of the Tropics (REDD-ALERT), 2009 - 2011

The project commissioned und the European Commission’s Seventh Framework Programme aims to develop and evaluate market and non-market mechanisms to change stakeholder behaviour, aiming to minimise deforestation in tropical landscapes and reduce greenhouse gases, while taking into account socio-economic drivers.
