My PhD research focuses on the legitimacy of transnational Partnerships for Sustainable Development (PSDs) in the Sub Saharan Africa (SSA). I am interested in PSDs implementing in the domain of climate change in the SSA.
I am a Fellow of the Earth System Governance project, co-authored an academic article published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented papers at conferences. My research examines Sustainability governance in the Sub Saharan Africa and Partnerships for Sustainable Development (PSDs).
Before joining IVM as an external PhD researcher, I worked as an independent consultant, providing research services to projects implemented and funded by public and private actors including international organizations in Nigeria. Specifically, I was involved in the monitoring and evaluation of the MDGs implementation in Nigeria. I am also the co-founder of a young research firm, Anvil Research Centre, Abuja, Nigeria. Previously, I was a research intern at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM).
I am Nigerian and hold an MA in Diplomacy, Law & Global Change from Coventry University.
