The technical report presents a comprehensive dataset and mapping of 108 global governance arrangements that simultaneously address the climate issue and energy challenges. The report was written in relation to the first objective of the CLIMENGO project: mapping the institutional architecture of global climate and energy governance. More importantly, it will serve as a basis for working towards the project’s next two key objectives: to evaluate the effectiveness and legitimacy of global climate and energy governance, and to develop a knowledge-base for decision-makers.
